Verum Enabled began as a way to use years of experience in Recruitment, along with first hand experience of living and working with a disability, to help remove barriers to work for the thousands of working age people with disabilities. 

We want to inspire workplaces to rethink how they approach and view disability, to unlock hidden talent pools when recruiting, and to make their workplaces more inclusive for staff, clients and visitors.  

Our mission is to educate businesses on the value of inclusion, helping them cultivate supportive environments that embrace diversity with respect and understanding.
